About us

Meet Sim

I`ve always loved water—whether in a pool, lake, ocean, or even the bathtub. My passion for the sea likely comes from childhood summers spent exploring Croatia’s islands by boat.

I only discovered diving after earning my degree in Biology and English. During a trip to Asia, I saw my first coral reef and was amazed! I completed as many diving courses as I could in Thailand and Malaysia, returning to Germany as a Divemaster. While teaching in Frankfurt, I realized I wanted more than just holiday diving. So, after a few years, I left the classroom to become a dive instructor—unaware that I wouldn’t return to Germany for years.

Meet Kev

I’m from Dublin, Ireland. I always had a spirit of adventure and a longing to see the world. I traveled a lot when I was younger and loved exploring and experiencing new things, like diving. In 2008, I left my corporate job and set off for Australia.

I’m still on my way! With a qualification in human resources and my passion for exploring, nature and meeting people, switching careers and becoming a pro diver was an easy choice, it allowed me to travel the world, get close to wildlife, experience new cultures and still work with people.

Our story

WE met in Thailand in 2008 and built a life around diving, working in some of the world’s most beautiful places—Maldives, Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia. Along the way, we gained experience, learned new skills, and met amazing people and marine life. Now, we’ve moved to Gozo to be closer to our European roots and family. The adventure continues!
